MOAB

Randy, Garrison, Sophie and I went to Moab last weekend. We took off on Thursday and came home on Sunday. We camped with Randy's cousin Sandy and her boyfriend Ryan and her daughter Sierra. His Uncle Greg and Aunt Cindy. His cousin Tom and his son Chandler. His Uncle Robert and Aunt Ro. And his cousin Steve and his daughter Kristen and friends of theirs Shelly her daughter Kelsey and another friend Shayla so there was a pretty big group of us.

We got there late the first night so didn't do much except stand around the campfire. And that didn't last long for me because it was really windy. Day two was windy but we went for about a 3 hour drive on the four-wheelers with Ryan and Sierra. When we got back we went into Moab and ate dinner because it was too windy to bbq. There was a car show going on for the weekend so we got to see a lot of cool cars dragging the main street.

Saturday we went into Arches National Park and we hiked to the Delicate Arch which was about 3 miles round trip. It was so worth the hike. It was amazingly amazing as Erin likes to say. Then we did a very short walk to Sand Dune Arch. Everybody had had enough by then so we headed back to camp. Randy bbq'd and we stood around the camp fire again until we couldn't take the wind anymore.

On Sunday we went for another long four wheel ride with Ryan, Tom, Steve, Shelly, Kristen, Kelsey and Shayla. We saw Gemini bridges and then we drove down under the bridges. We had to hike in quite a while to get under them. It was pretty amazing. We got back to camp and ate a quick meal and got ready to go home. We made it back home late Sunday night. We are still working on emptying out the trailer.

We really enjoyed the trip except for the wind. It would have been a lot lot better without it. I would love to do it again. I enjoyed spending time with Randy's family which I haven't had the opportunity to do a lot of.

On a side note just want to congratulate Erin on getting a job at Syracuse Six movie theater.
