On Wednesday, January 2th, Garrison and Sophie took part in the Truman Elementary Spelling Bee. Sophie won 5th place for the school and Garrison won 1st place. They both got certificates. Garrison also received a years subscription to Encyclopedia Britannica online. It was a $70 value.
Garrison will be going to the Salt Lake Community College in March to represent his school in the district Spelling Bee. He will have to learn how to spell words in different languages as part of that competition. Good luck Garrison.
We are so proud of them both. What great kids.
